Dr. Rinkle Sangoi Kapoor is an Indian girl born into a humble Jain family and raised in Muscat, Oman. Growing up in a multicultural environment played a significant role in shaping her personality. Living abroad exposed her to diverse experiences, allowing her to interact with children and teachers from various backgrounds and cultures.

"During my upbringing, I had the opportunity to explore and nurture my creative side. Inspired by my mother, who was a skilled artist and exceptional cook, I developed a love for art, cooking, and crafting.

These creative pursuits became outlets for self-expression and honed Rinkle's skills in various artistic disciplines.

As I grew older, my determination and persistence led me to pursue a career in the medical field.

Working alongside Dr. Ramakant Panda, a renowned cardiac surgeon, allowed Rinkle to develop administrative and marketing skills. Dr. Panda's mentorship and unwavering commitment to excellence instilled in her a deep understanding of the importance of quality and striving for greatness. During her time with Dr. Panda, Rinkle discovered her passion for marketing. Building on her Gujarati roots, known for our entrepreneurial spirit, she started sharing innovative ideas at Asian Heart Hospital.

Driven by her desire to make a difference, Rinkle was promoted to a leadership position within the organization. With a wealth of experience in marketing, administration, and management, she eventually founded her own marketing firm, Éclat (www.eclatindia.com).
